Yes. Our stretch tents are fully waterproof and engineered to withstand Cape Town’s weather.
Weather is part of the job. We monitor conditions closely, apply strict safety standards, and have contingency plans in place for high winds or extreme rain. If it’s not safe to proceed, we’ll tell you straight and help you adjust.
We can accommodate weather contingency bookings. These require a 30% non-refundable deposit to hold stock, since the tent is reserved for your date whether it’s used or not.
Costs depend on size, configuration, and add-ons. We’ll provide ballpark pricing first, then refine the quote once we understand your space in detail.
Our stock covers everything from 35 m² to 630 m² per tent, with modular linking for much larger builds. We’ll advise the best fit for your venue and guest count.
Where needed, we can anchor into existing structures. This is done carefully, with fixings either left discreetly in place or fully removed after takedown, depending on your preference.
Yes. We simply lift a paving brick, insert the peg, and replace it afterwards. No damage.
Stretch tents don’t have removable side walls, but we can configure them to pull down and create closed edges if needed.
We usually build on Thursday or Friday, with takedown on Monday. For larger events, we prefer to install a day or two before, so there’s time to check lighting and layouts.
Our in-house crew. They arrive on time, manage all logistics, and coordinate with other suppliers on-site.
Peak summer weekends book up quickly, sometimes months in advance. If you have a set date, the sooner you confirm the better.
Yes, as long as heaters have at least 1 m clearance from the fabric. We recommend placing them near centre poles.
No. Open flames and gas cooking are not permitted under the tent for safety reasons.
No. Our flooring systems protect the lawn and are removed cleanly after the event.
Minimal. Our festoon and parcan lights draw between 100 W and 200 W, one standard household plug is sufficient.
We supply festoon and parcan lighting as standard, with options for flooring, heaters, staging and pool covers. We’ll guide you to the right mix for your setup.
We work across the Greater Cape Town area and throughout the Western Cape. For events just beyond, get in touch and we’ll advise.
Start with a quote request. We’ll ask for your event details and photos of the space. From there we provide ballpark pricing. If a site visit is needed, we’ll schedule it before finalising your plan.
We’ll give you clear, accurate pricing from the start.
