I can highly recommend Stretch Inc.  We hired a large tent for my birthday function at home.  They were super helpful in guiding me as to the right size of tent, and did a site visit to my home which was really helpful because based on the layout of my party they recommended a bridge over my pool so that traffic flow would be vastly improved.   It was not expensive and made a huge difference!  I also hired some gas heaters from them which worked very well.  The set up and tear down crew were superb.
